    A comprehensive 75-minute session where we assess your history, current symptoms, and movement patterns to design a personalized care plan tailored to your goals.

  • Pelvic floor physical therapy in a gym setting, working with a pregnant woman to decrease pain.

    Follow-Up

    $180

    A 60-minute session focused on progressing your plan of care, adjusting exercises, and addressing any new concerns to keep you moving forward with confidence.

    6-Pack of visits = $990 ($165/session)

Out-of-Network Care, Personalized for You

At Lavender Roots, we choose to operate as an out-of-network provider so we can offer the kind of care that truly meets your needs, without the constraints of insurance-driven models. This gives us the flexibility to provide:

  • 75-minute initial evaluations

  • 60-minute one-on-one treatment sessions

  • Thorough, individualized treatment plans

We do not accept insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
